I am Gladiz and I enhance the relationship between client leadership and our human resources department to meet our clients’ HR initiatives. My duties include analyzing HR policies and procedures to determine their relevance to company goals or values, meeting with clients to propose changes to policies or other HR needs. I am like an account manager.

Most of my experience is in restaurants but I started my human resources career in 2015. I was one of the first employees at SOLV HR. I moved to New York City and took a job with the Dinex Group, critically acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud’s company. I was there for almost five years and worked my way up to HR Manager. After COVID, my husband and I decided to move to Texas. There, I took a national position as the Human Resources Director for Oyster Sunday, which is an independent corporate office for restaurants and small food and beverage brands. This was my last job before coming back to SOLV HR.

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada (UNLV). I am a new first-time mother of a baby girl.
