I am a human resources professional that enjoys my career field of choice. I enjoy my interactions with our client’s managers and their employees wherein I can provide advice and insight that offers an opportunity to impact their satisfaction and future in their jobs and careers. I support the contribution and value of human capital to the success of the organization.

My experience includes working in California where I held positions as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Employee Relations Manager. In Las Vegas, I worked for the State of Nevada as a Personnel Officer where I directed personnel services program encompassing employee relations, recruitment, selection, classification, and compensation, collaborating with executives to create supportive strategies for the mission of Nevada Highway Patrol, Parole and Probation, and General Services Divisions. I left there to work at Timet where I spent over a year as the Human Resources Manager dealing with union issues. I moved to Colorado and worked for a mining company as the Human Resources Business Partner before returning to Las Vegas in senior positions to work for Reyes Coca Cola Bottling company and subsequently another mining company.

I hold an MS in Human Resources Management, BA in Psychology at California State University, and Human Resources Management Certificate from University of Irvine.
